Personal data that is sensitive to privacy, or personal data, is processed via the My ID + web store. My ID + considers a careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

Use of personal data
By using our service you leave certain information with us. That may be personal data. We only keep and use the personal data provided by you directly, within the framework of the service you request, or of which it is clear that they are provided to us to process. We use the following data for the purposes mentioned in this privacy:
• NAWTE data
We need your name, address, place of residence, telephone number and e-mail address to be able to deliver your order, or to contact you regarding our service.
• Date of birth
We ask for your date of birth to be able to make personalized promotions. In addition, you must be at least 16 years old to be a customer.
• Billing address
We use your invoice address to send your invoices.
• IP address
We use IP addresses to be able to apply an IP ban in extreme cases and also for profiling.
• Company Name
Company names we collect to provide only to business customers and to be able to speak to you and help you with our service.
• VAT number and Chamber of Commerce number
We need your VAT number to deliver only to business customers, and this is also necessary to complete your order.
Register
For certain parts of our service you must first register. After registration, we save the personal data you have provided via the user name you have chosen. We keep this information so that you do not have to re-enter it each time so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement, invoicing and payment and to give an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us. .
 
We will not pass on the data linked to your user name to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the implementation of the agreement that you conclude with us or if this is legally required. We deliver your package to Bpost, PostNL or DHL. They need your name and address to deliver the package. We also recommend reading the privacy statement of these companies. Your data will not be passed on to countries outside the EU, unless your package has to be delivered there, then Bpost, PostNL or DHL need your details to deliver the package. In case of suspicion of fraud or abuse of our website, we can hand over personal data to the competent authorities.
If you are younger than 16, someone with parental authority must give permission to create an account.

With our portal you can gain access to a management environment where you can set up, specify and change your own business.
 
Handling order
